<br />WHEREAS, at the day,: hour sand place :fixed in said Resolution of Intention No.
<br />-J-6 and in the notices of the passage thereof, posted as aforesaid, when and where any
<br />and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described :.,i
<br />` in said Resolution of Indention No. J-6, or having any objections to the proposed dis-
<br />trict to be assessed therefor; or having any objections to the proposed grades at vrhich
<br />said work and improvements are to be'done and made, could appear before the Board of
<br />Trustees of said Town and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should
<br />not be carried out and done in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. J-6,
<br />or why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the
<br />grades as shown on the plans, profiles and specifications referred to in said Reso-
<br />lution of Intention No. J-6, and now on file iia the office of the Clerk of said Town,

<br />no person or persons appeared before said Board of Trustees and no objections of any
<br />kind were made against the work and improvements described in said Resolution of In.•

<br />Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to proceed and order said work and
