<br />The Clerk of the Town of Redwood City is hereby directed to post a notice
<br />of said work and improvements, together with the plans, profiles and specifications
<br />therefdr, conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber dour of the
<br />Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City inviting sealed proposals or bids for
<br />Joint the work and making the improvements ordered. Said Town Clerk is also directed
<br />and ordered to publish a notice inviting such sealed proposals or bids and referring
<br />to the plans, profiles and spedifications posted or on file, in the Redwood City
<br />Tribune, a daily newspaper of general circulation published, printed and circulated
<br />in said Town of Redwood City and hereby designated fnr that pumpose by the Board of
<br />Trustees of said Town.
<br />The bids for the work herein ordered shall be publicly opened, examined and
<br />declared at the hour of 8 o'clock P M of Monday, the 20th day of June, 192%
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City
<br />at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 6th day of June, 1927, by the following
<br />vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees,
<br />Z T Thorning, D R Stafford, G IV McNulty, E It Dearborn, H A Beeger.
<br />Noes and aginst the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trusttes,
<br />None.

<br />RESOLTUION
<br />THE WORK NO. J-7
<br />RESOLVED, that whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did,
<br />on the 16th day of I"fay, 1927, pass its Resolution of Intention No. J-7 to order the
<br />hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of
<br />Redwood City, which Resolution of Intention No. J-7 was duly and regularly published
<br />as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of Sam H Winklebleck, now 6n file
<br />in the office,of the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />WHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. J-7, headed
<br />"NOTICE OF IML'ROVEMENT°, were duly and regularly posted along the line of said con-
<br />templated work and improvements and in fron of all the property iiable to be assessed
<br />therefor and upon all the streets in the district to be assessed therefor in time, form;
<br />manner and number as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of C L Dimmitt, .
<br />Superintendent of Streets of'said Town of Redwood City, and now on file in the office
<br />of the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavit of C L Dimmitt, hereinbefore referred
<br />to herein, that the posting of said notices as aforesaid was emmpleted on the 24th
<br />day May, 1927; and
<br />WHEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention No. J-7, and the notices of
<br />the passage thereof posted as aforesaid, said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood
