RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, that whereas, cer- fain weeds are growing in the Town of Redwood City, upon the streets and in front of the ,?roperty hereinafter mentioned, which weeds are of a kind which bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature and will attain such large groth as to become a fire menace when dry; and WHEREAS, the said weeds constitute a public nuisance. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the said creeds do now constitute and will continue to constitute a public nuisance, and it is ordered that the said public nuisance be abated in the manner provided by that certain act of the legislature of the State of California, entitled, "An Act Authorizing Municipalities to declare noxious or dangerous weeds growing upon the streets or sidewalks or upon private property within municipalities, to be a public nuisance, creating a lien upon the property fronting upon such streets or sidewalks or upon which such nuisance•exists for the cost of abating. same, approved May 26tn, 1915, The streets upon which and the private property in front of which said nuisance exits are more partieulary described as follows, to -wit: Stambaugh Street from Main Street and avenues for the distances hereinbe.
