Motion carried. <br />Trustee Dearborn offers the following Resolution an& moves its adoption, Trustee <br />Stafford seconds the motion. Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORIC NO. J-10 <br />RESOLVED THAT WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did, on <br />the 6th day of June, 1927, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention, No. J-10 to order <br />the hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of <br />Redwood City, which Resolution of Intention No. 4-10 was duly and legally published <br />as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of Sam H Winklebleck, now on file <br />in the office of the Clerk of said Tom; and <br />"IHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. J-10 headed <br />"NOTICE OF I12ROTMIENT" were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplatetL <br />work and improvements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed therefor <br />in time, from, manner and number as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of <br />C L Dimmitt, Supt of Streets of said Town of Redwood City, and now on file in the offica <br />of the Clerk of said Town; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavit of said C L Dimmitt, hereinbefore referred <br />to herein, that the posting of said notices of improvement as aforesaid was completed <br />on the 20th day of June, 1927; and <br />7,1HEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention No. J-10, and the notices of the <br />passage thereof posted as aforesaid said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City <br />fixed Tuesday the 5th day of July 1927, at the hour of 8 o'clock P I,i of sai(I day at the <br />meeting place of said Board of Trustees in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall on <br />Webster Street in said Town of Redwood City, County of San ::Yatee, State of California, <br />as the day, hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to <br />the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. J-10 <br />or to the district to be assessed for said work and improvements, or to the proposed <br />grades at which said work and improvements are to be done.and made, could appear before <br />said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should <br />not be carried out in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. J-10, or why said <br />13Y.6p6bed work and improv@ieents should not be carried out and done at the grades as <br />shown on the plans, profiles and specifications referred to in said Resolution of In- <br />tention No- J-10, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood <br />City; and <br />I <br />
