UM -REAS at the day, hour and place fixed in said Resol'ition of Intention No. J-10 <br />and in the notices of the passage thereof posted as aforesaid when and where any and <br />all persons having, any objections to the proposed work and improvements described there- <br />in, or having any objections to the proposed grades at which said work and improvements <br />S <br />4 <br />are to be done and made, could appear before the Board of Trustees of said Town and show <br />cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance <br />with Resolution of Intention No. J-10, or why said proposed work and improvements shoul(. <br />not be carried out and done at the propsed grades as shown on the plans, profiles and <br />specifidations referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. J-10 and now on file in <br />the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City, no person or persons appeared and <br />no objections of any kind were made against said work and improvements or against the <br />I <br />i <br />iistrict to be assessed therefor or against the grades at which said work is to be done <br />and made and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to order said work <br />and improvements; <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the public interest and convenience require the <br />work and improvements herein described, and the Board of Trustees of the Town. of Redwood <br />City hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said <br />Town of Redwood City, to -wit: - <br />249 <br />
