A, M RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS% PROFILES AND SPECIFICATIONS N0. J-12 RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Tom of Redwood City, County of San Irateo State of California, that the plans, profiles and specifications for doing the following; work and making the following improvements in said Town, to -wit; as said plans, profiles and specifications have been prepared by the Town Engineer and submitted this 18th day of July, 1927, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted as and for the plans, profiles and specifications for doing said work and making said improvements. Reference is hereby made to the C(arrenite-Bitulithic license mixing agreement of the 01arren Brothers Company, dated March the 18th, 1926, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City. And 'Whereas, the Town Engineer of said Town has submitted and filed with said plans, profiles and specifications a map or plat showing the assessment district bene- fited by the work and improvements herein described, which map or plat is entitled 'tigap Showing Assessment District under Resolution of Intention No. J-:.211; and ;thereas, said map showing assessment district benefited by the work and improve- ments herein described is satisfactory t® said Board of Trustees. Therefore be it further resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that the map or plat showing assessment'd.istriet benefited by the work and improve- ments herein described and entitled "ISap Showing Assessment District under Resolution of Intention No. J-12", be and the same is hereby approved and adopted by said Board of Trustees, and the Clerk of said Board is hereby ordered and directed to endorse such approval upon said map or plat; and said Board of Trustees does hereby determine and declare that the foregoing described work and improvements are of more than local or ordinary public benefit and will affect and benefit the lands and district shown upon the hereinbefore mentioned and described map or plat entitled "Map Showing Assessment District under Resolution of Intention No. J-1211, which district described and shown.
