<br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS', PROFILES AND SPECIFICATIONS 90. J-13
<br />RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, County of San
<br />Mateo, State of California, that .the plans, profiles and specifications for doing the
<br />following work and making the following improvements in said Town, to -mit:
<br />as said plans,.prOfiles and specifications have been prepared by the Town Engineer
<br />and submitted this 18th day of July, 1927, be and the same are hereby approved and
<br />adopted as and for the plans, profiles and specifications for doing said work and
<br />making said improvements.
<br />Reference is hereby made to the Warrenite-Bitulithic license mixing agreement of
<br />the :larren Brothers Company, dated Harch th 18th2 1926, and now on file in the office
<br />of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City.
<br />And rRhereas, the Town Engineer of said Town has submitted and filed with said plans
<br />profiles and specifications a map or plat showing this assessment district benefited
<br />by the work and improvements herein described, which map or plat is entitled " Map
<br />Showing Assessment District under Resolution of Intention No. J-1311; and
<br />Whereas, said map showing assessment district benefited by the work and improvements
<br />herein described is satisfactory -to said Board of Trustees.
