3 <br />7- <br />0 <br />HL. <br />0 <br />■ <br />RESOLVED that the said Board of T iu-1tees i.ereby rejects all of said proposals <br />or bids except that next herein mentionet and hereby awards the contract for doing <br />said work and making siad improvements to the lowest, regular, responsible bidder, <br />to -wit: Robt B. McNair , at the prices named in his bid. <br />The Clerk of the Town of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to pub- <br />lish a notice of this award twice in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper <br />published, printed and circulated in said Town of Redwood City, and hereby desig- <br />nate& for that purpose by the Board of Trustees of said Toti,m.. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at <br />a regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 30th day of July, 19272 by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution: Trustees Z. T. THORNINC, <br />D. R. STAFFORD, G. W. MC NUTTY, H. A. ByEGER, <br />f <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution: Trustees NONE <br />Absent: Trustees E. L2. DEARBORN, <br />H. A. BEEGER <br />President of the Board of Trustees of the Town of <br />Redwood City. <br />Attest: <br />W. A. PRICE <br />Clerk of the Town of Redwood City <br />I hereby approve the foregoing Resolution this 30th day of July, 1927. <br />H. A. Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS <br />UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. J-9 <br />.RESOLVED, THAT WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did, on <br />the 6th day of June, 1927, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. J-9 to order the <br />hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of <br />Redwood City, to -wit: <br />273 <br />
