=1 <br />t. <br />274 <br />a <br />1 <br />AND WHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. J-9, <br />headed "NOTICE OF PUBLIC JORKS", were duly and regularly posted along the line of <br />said contemplated work and improvements and in front of all the property liable to <br />be assessed therefor in time, form, manner and number as required by law, as appears <br />from the affidavit of C. L. Dimmitt, Street Superintendent of the Town of Redwood <br />City, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and <br />IMMEAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. J-9 were <br />duly and legally published as required by law, as appears i'rom the affidavit of <br />Sam H. Winklebleck, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and <br />17MEREAS, within the time allowed by law when interested persons could object <br />to said work and improvements, certain written objections were filed with the Clerk <br />of the Town of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City regularly set said <br />protests for hearing as required by law; and <br />VIHEREAS, notices of the hearing of sd.id protests were duly mailed to each pro- <br />testant as required by law as appears from the affidavit of W. A. Price, Clerk of <br />the Town of Redwood City; and <br />,MEREAS, this is the time for hearing said protests, and said Board of Trustees <br />did proceed to hear and consider said protests, and after fully considering the same: <br />0 <br />La <br />I <br />UO -Z <br />
