BEEGER <br />President of the Board of Trustees of the <br />Town of Redwood City. <br />Trustee Stafford offers the following Resolution and moves its addoption, Trus- <br />tee Me Nulty seconds the motion. Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO. J-9 <br />RESOLVED, that whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did, <br />on the 6th day of June, 1927, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. J-9 to or- <br />der the hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said <br />Town; and <br />7JHEREAS, notices of the rassage of said Resolution of Intention No. J-9, headed <br />"NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKS", were duly and regularly posted along the line of said con- <br />templated work and improvements and in'front of all the property liable to be,assessed <br />therefor in time, form, manner and number as required by law, as appears from the af- <br />fidavit of C. L. Dimmitt, Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City, now <br />on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and <br />WHEREAS$ said Street Superintendent caused to be duly and regularly published as <br />required by law, notice of the passa8e of said Resolution of Intention No. J-9, as ap- <br />pears from the affidavit of Sam H. Winklebleck, now on file in the office of the <br />Clerk of said Town; and <br />,TMEAS, within the time allowed by law, certain owners of property in the dis- <br />trict to be assessed made written protests and objections against the proposed work <br />and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. J-9 and against the <br />extent of the district to be assessed therefor; and <br />UHEREAS, said Board of Trustees did regularly set said protests for hearing and <br />did by resolution duly passed and adopted overrule said protests; and <br />WIEREAS, said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to proceed and <br />order said work and improvements: <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the public interest and convenience require the <br />work and improvements herein described, and the Board of Trustees of the Town of <br />Redwood City hereby orders the following viork to be done and improvements to be made <br />in said Town of Redwood City, to -wit: <br />275 <br />0 <br />
