RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO. J-9 RESOLVED, that whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did, on the 6th day of June, 1927, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. J-9 to or- der the hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town; and 7JHEREAS, notices of the rassage of said Resolution of Intention No. J-9, headed "NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKS", were duly and regularly posted along the line of said con- templated work and improvements and in'front of all the property liable to be,assessed therefor in time, form, manner and number as required by law, as appears from the af- fidavit of C. L. Dimmitt, Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and WHEREAS$ said Street Superintendent caused to be duly and regularly published as required by law, notice of the passa8e of said Resolution of Intention No. J-9, as ap- pears from the affidavit of Sam H. Winklebleck, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and ,TMEAS, within the time allowed by law, certain owners of property in the dis- trict to be assessed made written protests and objections against the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. J-9 and against the extent of the district to be assessed therefor; and UHEREAS, said Board of Trustees did regularly set said protests for hearing and did by resolution duly passed and adopted overrule said protests; and WIEREAS, said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to proceed and order said work and improvements: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the public interest and convenience require the work and improvements herein described, and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City hereby orders the following viork to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City, to -wit: 275 0
