<br />Regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present, Trustees Pres H.A.Beeger, Z.T.Thorning, G.W.
<br />McNulty, E.M.Dearborn, Clerl W.A.Price.
<br />Absent, Trustee, A.E.Monteith.
<br />Minutes of regular meeting held I14ay 17th,1926, was on motion of Trustee MCNulty,
<br />seconded by Trustee Dearborn, same be dispensed with until next regular meeting.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />A petition from property owners residing on Ruby Street and Hillside Ave asking th)
<br />Board to improve said street and avenue with the Warrenite type of construction, was on
<br />motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Thorning, said petition be referred to the
<br />Chairman of the Street Committee and City Engineer to report back at meeting to be held
<br />June 1st, 1926, Motion carried.
<br />Application of the Girls Leviathan 011ub for a permit to give a dance in Foresters
<br />Hall June 5th, 1926, was on motion of Trustee Thorning said permit be granted.Motion car7ied.
<br />Trustee McNulty offers the following Ordinance No. 260, and moves its adoption,
<br />Trustee Thorning seconds the motion. Motion carried.

<br />Application of the Pacific Gas & Electric Co for a permit to set poles on Ebener St
<br />as per Blue Print No 1211-R, was on motion of'Trustee Thorning seconded by Trustee McNulty
<br />said permit be granted. Motion carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Dearborn seconded by TrusteeMcNulty, Mt F.A.Pippy be granted
<br />permission to install a gasolene service pump on Cassis Street, between Heller and Main
<br />Street in accordance with the City Ordinance. Motion carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Dearborn seconded by Trustee McNulty, the be instructed to
<br />advertise for sealed bids for improving a short strip adjoining the bridge on Jefferson
<br />Ave the bids to be opened June 7th, 1926. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Dearborn, seconded by Trustee McNulty the City Engineer be instru
<br />cted tp prepare plans and specifications for sewers in the Fay's Garden Subdivision.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Trustee Dearborn offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption, Trustee
<br />McNulty seconds the motion. Motion carried.
