C <br />Z <br />°s <br />i <br />r <br />J <br />J <br />C <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did in open session on <br />17th day of May, 1926, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids <br />for duing the work ordered and described in Resolution of Intention No. I-3, which Res- <br />olution of Intention is now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood <br />City and to which Resolution of Intention reference is hereby made for a description of <br />the said work and improvements. <br />And whereas said Board of Trustees have fully considered said sealed proposals or <br />bids; and <br />Whereas it appears to said Board of Trustees and said Board hereby finds and deter- <br />mines that the rejection of all of said sealed proposals or bids for the work described <br />in said Resolution of Intention No. I-39 will be for the public good; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City <br />that all sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered under Resolution of Intent- <br />ion No. I-3 „which sealed proposals or bids were duly in -open session ori the 17th day of <br />May, 1926, publielyoopened, examined and declared by said Board, be and the same are <br />hereby rejected. <br />And be it further resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of redwood .City <br />the Clerk of said Town be and he is hereby ordered to readvertise for sealed bids or <br />posals for doing the work and making the improvements ordered under Resolution of Intent <br />ion No.I-3 and under Resulution Ordering the Work No. I-3, both of which resolutions are <br />now on file in the office of the Cler of said Town of Redwood City and reference is her- <br />eby made 'to both said resolutions for a description of said work and improvements. <br />And it is further resolved and ordered that said Clerk post a notice together with <br />plans, profiles and specifications conspicuously for five days on or near the council <br />chamber door of the Board of Trustees of said Town inviting sealed proposals or bids <br />for doing the work ordered under said Resolutions. Said. Clerk shall publish a notice <br />iting such sealed proposals or bids in the Redwood City Tribune for two sucessive ins <br />ions and referring to the plans, profiles and specifications posted or on file, which <br />newspaper is hereby designated by said Board of Trustees for that purpose. <br />And be it further resolved 'that said Clerk readvertise for such sealed proposals <br />or bids for the work ordered under said Resolution of Intention No. I-3 and under Res- <br />olution Ordering the Work No. I-3 to be opened on June 7th, 1926, at 8 o'clock P.M. of <br />said day. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a reg- <br />ular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 24th of Iuiay, 1926 by the following vote <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, <br />Z.T.THORNING, G.W.MCNULTY; E.M.DEARBORN, H.A.BEEGER. <br />Nees and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, <br />NONE. <br />Absent, Trustees,.A.E.MONTEIRH. <br />Attest: <br />W.
