Whereas, said Council of the Town of Redwood City has examined and considered said map of said assessment district and the same is satisfactory to said Council. Novi therefore, be it further resolved by the Council of the Town of Redwood City that the map or plat shoviin; assessment district benefited by the work and i.iprove- ments herein described and entitled "Map Showing Assessment District under Resolution of Intention No. J-14", be and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the Clerk of this Council is hereby ordered aad directed to endorse such approval upon said map 9 or plat; and said Council does hereby determine and declare that the foregoing de- scribed work and improvements are of more than local or ordinary iublic benefit and will affect and benefit the lands and district shovm upon the hereinbefore mentioned and described map or plat entitled "Map Showing Assessment District under Resolution of Intention No. J-1411, which district described and shown upon Siad map or plat said Council hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work and improvements i and said Council further determines and declares that the entire costs and expenses of said work and improvements shall be and are hereby made chargeable against and shall be assessed upon said lands and district, which district is within the limits of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California.
