I <br />r <br />M <br />290 <br />Redwood City, August 12, 1927s 7;30 P.P.I. <br />Regular adjourned meeting of the .Board of Trustees held. <br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees Pres. H. A. Beeger, Z. T. Thorning, <br />D. R. Stafford, G. III. McNulty, E. M. Dearborn, City Clerk, W. A. Price. <br />On motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Thorning, minutes of previous <br />meeting to be dispensed with until next regular meeting. <br />On motion of Trustee Thorning, seconded by Trustee Thorning, Resolution pertaining; <br />to the Allyameda de las Pulgas Highway be received and filed. <br />Trustee Stafford offers ti -,e following Resolution and moves its adoption, Trustee <br />Dearborn seconds the motion. Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Redwood City as follows: <br />(1) That Whipple Avenue is deemed to terminate at its southwesterly end in the <br />southeasterly prolongation of the southwesterly line of Lot 13 in Block 5 of Edgewood <br />Park, accordinU to the map thereof recorded in Book 12 of Maps at pages 41 and 42, in <br />the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, California, the said prolonged <br />line being deemed to be the northeasterly line of said Alameda de las Pulgas at the <br />termination therein of said Whipple Avenue. ri <br />(2) That SJest Union Road is deemed to terminate at its northeasterly end in the <br />southeasterly prolongation of the souphwesterly line of that portion of Alameda de <br />las P-algas which lies northwesterly from said West Union Road, said line of termination <br />being deemed to be the southwesterly line of said Alameda de las Pulgas at the <br />termination therein of said West Union Road. <br />(3) That the certain street leading from that portion of Alameda de las Pulgas <br />which was formerly known as Foothill Boiilevard to the northwesterly line of Oak Knoll <br />Drive are shown on that certain map of Oak Knoll Manor recorded in Book 10 of Maps <br />at pages 4 to 11, in the office of said County Recordor, and which on said map bears <br />no name or designation and is situated northerly of a park shown on said map, is <br />hereby declared to be a part of Oak Knoll Dirve, and the same shall be known by the <br />name of Oak Knoll Dtive, the said park being deemed to be included within said Oak <br />Knoll Drive. <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted by the To,rm Council <br />of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 12th day of <br />August, 1927, by the following vote of the members t,.ereof: <br />Ayes, and in favor there of, <br />Councilmen: Z. T. THORNING, D. R. STAFFORD, G. W'. MC NULTY, E. :I. DMR1301100 H.
