<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held. ;
<br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees Pres. H. A. Beeger, Z. T. Thorning,
<br />D. R. Stafford, G. W. McNulty, E. A2. Dearborn and City Clerk 17. A. Price.
<br />On motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Stafford the minutes of the
<br />previous meeting to be dispensed with until next regular meeting. Motion carried.,.
<br />On motion of Trustee Thorning, seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried the fol-
<br />lowing dance permits be granted, to -wit:
<br />The Harmony Club in Forester's Hall on Saturday evening September 3, 10, 17 and
<br />24, 1957 until 1 o'clock.
<br />Roy Davis in Forester's Hall Friday evening August 26, 1927 until 1 o'clock.
<br />Redwood City Liberty Club in I. 0. 0. F. Hall Saturday evening September 3, 1927
<br />u,.til 1 o'clock.
<br />Application of L. Sante for the privilege of taking garbage from homes in the
<br />Tol:n. of Redwood City and dumping it at the City Dump was on motion of Trustee McNulty,
<br />seconded by Trustee Stafford, said application be received and filed. Motion car-
<br />ried.

<br />On motion of Trustee Dearborn,seconded by Trustee McNulty, the Supt. of Streets
<br />be authorized to purchase fill for strip of land next to the Central Fire House. Mo-
<br />tion carried.
<br />Trustee Dearborn offers the following Resolution and n1oves its adoption. Trustee
<br />Stafford seconds the motion. Motion carried.

<br />THIS INDENTURE, Made the 15 day of August, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-
<br />seven, by and between CITY AND COTJHTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, a municipal corporation, or-
<br />ganized and existing under and by virtue of the constituion and lawy of the State of
<br />California, the party of the first part, and TOWN OF REDWOOD CITY, of the County of
<br />San 11ateo, State of California, the party of the second part,
