And the consent of this council is further given to the improvement of the fol- lowing street and avenue which intersects with said Alameda de las Pulgas and lies within the Town of Redwood City, viz.: (1) West Union Road from the southwesterly line of Alameda de las Pulgas to a line parallel thereto and distant at righ angles 20 feet southwesterly therefrom, in the manner set forth in said si)ecifications and as proposed to ae improved thereunder. (L) That this council hereby rinds and determines that the lands included within the following described boundaries lying within said Town of Redwood.
