I-3, 'which Res- olution of Intention io now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of 13edwood City and to which Resolution of Intention reference is hereby made for a description of the said work and imoroverrents. And whereas said Board of 1'rustees have iully considered said sealed proposals or hereby rejected. And be it further resolved by the Board of Trustees of the '_"own of Redwood City tha the Clerk of said Tovrn be and he is hereby ordered to readvertise for sealed bids or pro posals for doing the work and making the improvements ordered under Resolution of Intent ion io.I-3 and under Resulution Ordering the Work No. I-3, both of which resolutions are now on file in the office of the ,Cler of said Town of Redwood City and reference is her- eby made to both said resolutions for a description of said work and improvements. And it is further resolved and ordered that said Clerk post a notice together with plans, profiles and specifications conspicuously for five days on or near the council chamber door of the Board of Trustees of said Town inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing bids; and under said Resolutions. Said Clerk shall ,,hereas it appears to said 3oard of Trustees and said Board hereby finds and deter - It mines that the rejection of all of said sealed oroposals Tribune for or bids for the work described in said Resolution of Intention Ifo. I-3, will be for the public good; 1x011 T`R'ERNPORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that all sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered under Resolution of Intent- ion Uo. I-3 „ which sealed proposals or bids were duly in open session on the 17th day of Lay, 1926, publicly opened, examined and declared by said Board, be and the same are hereby rejected. And be it further resolved by the Board of Trustees of the '_"own of Redwood City tha the Clerk of said Tovrn be and he is hereby ordered to readvertise for sealed bids or pro posals for doing the work and making the improvements ordered under Resolution of Intent ion io.I-3 and under Resulution Ordering the Work No. I-3, both of which resolutions are now on file in the office of the ,Cler of said Town of Redwood City and reference is her- eby made to both said resolutions for a description of said work and improvements. Said Clerk shall publish a notice inv iting such sealed proposals or bids in the Redwood City Tribune for two sucessive insert ions and referring to the plans, profiles and specifications posted or on file, which newspa:3e-r is hereby designated by said Board of Trustees for that purpose. And be it further resolved that said Clerk readvertise for such sealed proposals or bids for the ::pork ordered under said Resolution of Intention No. I-3 and under Res- olution Ordering the Work IIo. I-3 to be o,lened on June 7th, 1926, at 9, o'clock P.I.I. of said day.
