J - 13. <br />.307 <br />3 0! <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Redwood City did, in open session on the 29th, <br />I <br />day of August, 1927, publicly open, exammnet.and declare all sealed proposals or bids for <br />doing the following work and making the following improvements in said Town of Redwood <br />City, to -wit: <br />K <br />e <br />m <br />RESOLVED, that the said Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids <br />except that next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work <br />and making said improvements to the lowest, regular,responsible bidder, to -wit: <br />PENINSULA PAVING COMPANY, at the prices named in their bid. <br />The Clerk of the Town of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to publish <br />a notice of this award twice in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, <br />printed and circulated in. said Town of Redwood City, and hereby designated for that pur- <br />pose by the Council of said Town. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at a regular <br />adjourned meeting of said Council held on the 29th day of August, 1927, by the following <br />vote: <br />is <br />
