<br />WHEREAS, the assessment for street work done under that certain contract dated
<br />! the 22nd day of November, 1926, between Hanrahan Company, a corporation, first party,
<br />'i and C L Dimmitt, as Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City, second party,
<br />for the doing of all street work mentioned and described in Resolution of Intention
<br />No. I-14, passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City on the 30th
<br />1 day of August, 1926, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood

<br />Cityi,I to which Resolution of Intention reference is hereby made for a description of

<br />(i said work, was filed in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City on the 9th
<br />day of August, 1927; and
<br />.i1 WHEREAS, said Town Clerk did thereupon fix Monday the 29th day of August, 1927
<br />at the hour of 8 o'clock P Iii of said day, at the council chamber of the Council of the
<br />i'. Town of Redwood City, ih,the.To-n Hall on Webster Street in said Town, as the time

<br />WHEREAS; notice of the filing of said assessment and of the time fixed for
<br />hearing thereon was duly given by posting, publishing and mailing, as required by law

<br />as appears from the affidavits of W A Price and Sam H Winklebleck, now on file in the
<br />office of the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />WHEREAS, at said time and place last herein mentioned, no objections of any
<br />kind were made to sgid assessment and the diagram attached thereto, and said Council
<br />now having acquired jurisdiction thereon:
<br />The Council of the Town of Redwood City does hereby resolve as follows: that

<br />the assessment above mentioned for street work done under Resolution of Intention No.
<br />I-14 hereinbefore mentioned, together with the diagram attached thereto, be and the
<br />same are hereby confirmed, approved and adopted and the Superintendent of Streets is
<br />hereby directed to attach a warrant thereto and deliver same to the contractor as re-
<br />quired by law.
