<br />passed and adopted by the Board of.Trustees of the Town.of Redwood City on the 20th day
<br />of June, 1927, as said d&agram has-been prepared by C.L.Dimmitt, Street Superintendent
<br />of said Town of Redwood City, and submitted this 7th day of November, 1927, be and the
<br />same isxhereby adopted as the diagram of the assessment district for the work described
<br />in said Resolution of Intention No.J-11, which Resolution of Intention No.j-11 is now on
<br />file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City, and to which reference is
<br />hereby made for a description of the work herein referred to.
<br />AND BE IT run-wA" RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County
<br />of San Mateo, State of California, that the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper pub-
<br />�y lished, printed and circulated in said Town of Redwood City, be and the same is hereby
<br />designated as the newspaper in which to publish the "Notice of Street Assessment and of
<br />I Time Fixed for Hearing Thereon" and "Notice of Filing Unpaid Assessment List and of Time
<br />( IFixed for Hearing Thereon" for the work done under said Resolution of Intention No. J-11
<br />of said Board of Tgnstees hereinabove referred to herein.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting thereof held on the 7th day of November, 1927, by the following votes
<br />jAyes and in favor of the passage of,the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen,
<br />Z.T.Thorning, D.R.Stafford, G.W.MaNulty, E.M.Dearborn, H.A.Beeger.

<br />AN ORDERtPROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEIUfENT
<br />BONDS. PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS AND OF
<br />i, THE. INTEREST.COUPONS ATTACHED THERETO.
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of,Trustees of the Tovun of Redwood City did, on the 30th
<br />I qday of August, 1926, pass its Resolution of Intention No. I-14 for the improvement.of,
<br />;Phelps Street between the Easterly line of MainStreet and the 4asterly limits of ,the
<br />Town of Redwood City including all street intersections and portions thereof under and
<br />pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911", and the amendments thereto
<br />land -to the resolutions, notices and other proceedings of said Board duly adopted and
<br />taken, reference to said Resolution of Intention being hereby expressly made for further
<br />Wartioulars; and
<br />WHEREAS, the contract for said work and improvement was duly awarded and there -
<br />;after duly completed to the satisfaction of the Superintendent of Streets of said Town
<br />;and this Council whereupon an assessment, diagram and warrant were made, recorded and
<br />delivered to the contractor in time, form and mariner as required'by.said act, and the
<br />contractor having made due return thereon and the same having been duly recorded; and
<br />WHEREAS, on September 30th, 19279 the Street Superintendent of said Town made
<br />and filed with the clerk of this Council a complete list of all assessments unpaid
