C I •'4 . 32 any year, together with the annual interest thereon, shall in turn be payable in install- ments as the general municipal taxes of said Town on real property are payable,.and shall become delinquent at the same times and in the same proportionate amounts and bear the same proportionate penalties for delinquency. Said bonds shall be signed by the Treasurer of said Town and countersigned by the clerk who shall affix thereto the official seal of said Town; the interest coupons affixed thereto shall be signed by the Treasurer or bear his engraved, printed or 'lithographed signature; and such signing and sealing of "said bonds by said officers and signing of said coupons by said Treasurer shall constitute and be a sufficient and binding execution of each and every. one of said bonds and all of the coupons thereof respectively. Said bonds. shall be substantially in the form set.forth in said Improve- ment Bond Act. The interest coupons attached to each of said bonds and evidencing the inter- est to accrue thereon shall be numbered consecutively and be substantially in the fol- lowing form, to -wit: Coupon No. 0 The of California, will ay to the bearer hereof on. the second day of 197 at the office of the Treasurer, said sum being the semi-annual interest due on Improvement Bond No. of Series No. Dated; Treasurer Seo. 3. Said bonds shall be forthwith delivered to the contractor in satis- f6btion of the balance due him upon his assessment and warrant. J-6 RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Redwood City that the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and circulated in said Town, be and the same is hereby designated as the newspaper in which to publish the "Notice of Filing Street Assessment and of Time Fixed for Hearing Thereon" for the street work done under Resolution of Intention No. J-6, passed and adopted by the Board of Trustee's of the Town of Redwood City on the 16th day of May, 1927, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said To= of Redwood City and to which reference is hereby made for a description of the work herein referred to.
