C <br />I <br />•'4 <br />. 32 <br />any year, together with the annual interest thereon, shall in turn be payable in install- <br />ments as the general municipal taxes of said Town on real property are payable,.and <br />shall become delinquent at the same times and in the same proportionate amounts and <br />bear the same proportionate penalties for delinquency. <br />Said bonds shall be signed by the Treasurer of said Town and countersigned by <br />the clerk who shall affix thereto the official seal of said Town; the interest coupons <br />affixed thereto shall be signed by the Treasurer or bear his engraved, printed or <br />'lithographed signature; and such signing and sealing of "said bonds by said officers <br />and signing of said coupons by said Treasurer shall constitute and be a sufficient and <br />binding execution of each and every. one of said bonds and all of the coupons thereof <br />respectively. Said bonds. shall be substantially in the form set.forth in said Improve- <br />ment Bond Act. <br />The interest coupons attached to each of said bonds and evidencing the inter- <br />est to accrue thereon shall be numbered consecutively and be substantially in the fol- <br />lowing form, to -wit: <br />Coupon No. 0 <br />The of California, will <br />ay to the bearer hereof on. the second day of 197 <br />at the office of the <br />Treasurer, said sum being the semi-annual <br />interest due on Improvement Bond No. of Series No. <br />Dated; <br />Treasurer <br />Seo. 3. Said bonds shall be forthwith delivered to the contractor in satis- <br />f6btion of the balance due him upon his assessment and warrant. <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly <br />adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held <br />November 7th, 19279 by the following vote to -wit: <br />AYES: Thorning, Stafford, McNulty, Dearborn, Beeger <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Thereupon it was filed in my office on the same day, and recorded on page <br />of the record. <br />W. Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING NEWSPAPER <br />UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. J-6 <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Redwood City that the Redwood City <br />Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and circulated in said Town, be and the <br />same is hereby designated as the newspaper in which to publish the "Notice of Filing <br />Street Assessment and of Time Fixed for Hearing Thereon" for the street work done under <br />Resolution of Intention No. J-6, passed and adopted by the Board of Trustee's of the <br />Town of Redwood City on the 16th day of May, 1927, and now on file in the office of <br />the Clerk of said To= of Redwood City and to which reference is hereby made for a <br />description of the work herein referred to. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the Toon of Redwood City at a.regular <br />meeting thereof held on the 7th day of November, 1927, by the follows ng vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen <br />Z':T.
