Beeger <br />President of the Council of the Town of Redwood City <br />A <br />Councilman Thorning offers the following resolution and moves its adoption. <br />Councilman Stafford seconds the motion. Motion carried. <br />RESOLVED, by -the Council of the Town of Redwood City that the Mayor of said <br />Town of Redwood City be and he is hereby ordered and directed on behalf of said <br />Council and of said Town of Redwood City to make, verify and file a claim against the <br />estate of Frank K. Towne, alwo known as F. K. Towne, deceased, in the sum of $80,036.78, <br />together with interest thereon from the 10th day of February, 1927, until paid, said <br />sum being the amount of money and funds of said Town of Redwood City which was unlawful- <br />ly appropriated and embezzled by said Frank K. Towne, also known as F. K. Towne, as <br />Treasurer of said Towa of Redwood City. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting thereof held on the 7th day of November, 1927, by the followipg vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen <br />Z. T. Thorning, D. R. Stafford, G. W. McNulty, E. 3i. Dearborn, H. A. Beeger <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen <br />None <br />Absent, Councilmen None <br />H.
