PEice.' <br />On motion of Councilman Thorning, seconded by Councilman Dearborn the minutes <br />of previous meetings be dispensed with. Motion oarried. <br />On motion of Councilman Thorning, seconded by Councilman Dearborn the appli- <br />cation of Frank Blue for a taxi service as petitioned by him be granted him in accordance <br />with the ordinance.
