il ■ The Clerk of the Town of'Redvrood,City is hereby ordered and directed to post a notice of said work and improvements together with the plans, profiles and specifica- tions therefor conspicuously for five days on or near the Council chamber door of the Council of the Town of Redwood City inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and making the improvements ordered herein. Said Town Clerk .it also ordered and directed to publish a notice inviting such sealed proposals or bids and referring to the plans, profiles and specifications posted or on file for the period required by law in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and cirqulated in said Town of Redwood City, and hereby designated for that purpose by the Council of said Town of Redwood City., It is further ordered that said sealed proposals or bids be publicly opened, examined and declared by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M. of Tuesday the 3rd day of January, 1928. Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at the hour of 9:30 o'clook P. M. at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of December, 1927, by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen, Z..T..Thorriing,.D. R. RESOLUTION APPROVING DIAGRAM OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT AND DESIGNATING NEWSPAPER UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. J-10 RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California that the diagram of the assessment district for the street work Sone under Resolution of Intention No J-10 passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City on the 6th day of June, 1927, which diagram was prepared by the Town Engineer and Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City and submitter. this 5th day of December, 1927, be and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the )lerk of this Board is hereby directed to endorse such approval upon said diagram. Said 2esolution of Intention No J-10 is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of 3ed.wooci City and reference is made thereto for a description of the street work therein ordered and referred to herein.
