WHEREAS said Resolution of Intention No. J-15 was drily and legally published as required by law as appears from the affidavit of Sam H. GJinklebleok now on file in It ' i the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. J-15, headed "NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT", were duly and legally posted along the line of, said pontemplated work and improvements and in front of all the property liable to be. assessed therefor, in time, form, maimer and number as required by law, as appears. from the affidavit of C. L. Dimmitt, Street Superintendent of the Town of Redwood City, and now on file in the office of. the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavit of said C. L. Dimmitt, heretofore.re- ferrel to herein that the posting of said notices of improvement.was completed on the, 22:dd day of November, 1927; and WHEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention No. J-15 and the notices of the passage thereof, posted as aforesaid, said Council of the Town of Redwood City, fixed Monday the 5th day of December, 1927, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. M. of said day at the meeting place of the Council of the Town of Redwood City in the council chamber in the Town Hall on Webster Street in said Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, as the day, hour and place when and where any and all per-- sons er- sons having any objections to the work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. J-15 or to the grades at which said work and improvements are to be doner and made could appear before the Council of the Town of Redwood City and show cause why said work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolu- tion of Intention No. J-15, or why said work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the proposed grades as shown on the plans, profiles and specifications re- ferred to in said Resolution of Intention No. J-15, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and INHEREAS, at the day, hour and place aforesaid when and where any and all per- ► � sons could appear before the Council of the Town of Redwood City and make objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. J-15, or to the proposed grades at which said work and improvements are to be done and made certain owners of property to be assessed for said work and improvements appeared and made oral objections to said work.and improvements; and WHEREAS, said Council of the Town of Redwood City did proceed to hear and consider said protests and objections and after having fully considered the same did duly and regularly pass and adopt a resolution determining that said protests were not made by the owners of a majority of the frontage to be assessed for said work and im- provements and did overrule said protests and objections; and WHEREAS, said Council now having acquired jurisdiction to order said work and improvements, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Redwood City that the public interest and convenience require the work and improvements herein described and the Council of the Town of Redwood City hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City, to -wit: S K F
