<br />WHEREAS, said Town Clerk did thereupon fix Tuesday, the 3rd day of January, 1928, at
<br />the hour of 7.30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the meeting place of the council of the Co-
<br />uncil of the Town of Redwood City, in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall in Webster Str-
<br />eet in said Town, as the time and place of hearing on said assessment, as required by law
<br />I and as the time and place for making written objections thereto, as provided for in the
<br />f
<br />Improvement Act of 1911; and
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the filing of said assessment and of the time fixed for hearing
<br />thereon was duly given by posting, publishing and mailing, as required by law, as appears
<br />from affidavits of W.A.Prioe and Sam H. Winklebleok, now on file in the office of the
<br />Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and
<br />WHEREAS, at the time and place last herein mention no objections of any kind were
<br />t made against said assessment or diagram attached thereto; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Council of the Town of Redwood City has now acquired jurisdiction
<br />thereon:

<br />-X1iWtWVrw, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of
<br />San Mateo, State of California,.that the assessment above mentioned for street work done
<br />under Resolution of Intention No. J-11, hereinbefore referred to herein, together with
<br />the diagram attached thereto, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted, and the
<br />Superintendent of Streets of said Town of Redwood City is hereby directed to attach a war-
<br />rant thereto and deliver same to the contractor, as required by law.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting
<br />thereof held on the 3rd day of January, 1928, by the following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution, Councilmen
<br />Z.T.RH:ORNING, D.R.STAFFORD, G.W.MeNULTY, E.M.DEARBORN, H.A.BEEGER.

<br />contract for South Redwood sewers, was on motion of Councilman Dearborn, seoonded_by Co-
<br />uncilman Stafford same be granted. Motion carried. •
<br />Communication from the Stanley Construction Co asking for an extension up to and'
<br />including March 6th, 1928, under contract for paving in the High School district, was on
<br />motion of Councilman Dearborn, seconded by Councilman Thorning same be granted,Motion'
<br />carried.
<br />Communication from Mrs M. Schmidt, regarding water pipe laying Valota Road was os
<br />motion of Councilman Thorning, seconded by Nouncilman McNulty, same be received and`filel
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Councilman Stafford offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption,
<br />Councilman Dearborn seconds the motion. Motion earried.
