<br />�Y WHEREAS, said Town Clerk did thereupon fix Tuesday, the 3rd day of January,
<br />1928, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the meeting place of the Council
<br />U of ^the Town of Redwood City in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall on Webster Street
<br />in said Town,' as the time and place of hearing on said assessment, as required by law,
<br />and as the time and place for making written objections thereto, as provided for in the
<br />Improvement Act of 1911; and `
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the filing of said assessment and of the time fixed for
<br />hearing thereon was duly given by posting, publishing and mailing, as required by law,
<br />as appears from the affidavits of W A Price and Sam H. Winklebleek, now on file in
<br />the office of the Clerk of *said Town of Redwood City; and
<br />WHEREAS. at the time and place last herein mentioned no objections of any kind
<br />were made against said assessment or the diagram attached thereto; and
<br />thereon:
<br />WHEREAS, said Council of the Town of Redwood City has now acquired jurisdictio:s
<br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County
<br />of'San Mateo, State of California that the assessment above mentioned for street work
<br />done under Resolution of Intention No. J-7, hereinbefore referred to herein, together
<br />with' the diagram attached thereto, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted, and
<br />the Superintendent of Streets of said Town of Redwood City is hereby directed to attach

<br />Town, to which resolution of intention reference is hereby made for a desoription of sail
