Evans Relief Corps No 36, acknowledging <br />the donation of $40.00 for music for Memorial day excerise, was on motion of Trustee <br />Dearborn, seconded by Trustee McNulty, same be received and filed. Motion carried. <br />On motion of Trustee'XdNiilt�7�yseconded by Trustee Dearborn, all certified checks <br />be returned to the unsuccessful bidders, (Resolution of Award No, I-5), Motion carried, <br />On motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Thorning, the City Attorney <br />be instructed to draw up an Ordinance regularing the wrecking of automobiles,Motion ca-"ried. <br />Affidavit of Jas D. Hedge in the matter of Publishing notice inviting sealed bids <br />for the Constructing and maintaining of anr'asphaltic concrete pavement upon portion of <br />Warren Street and others, was on motion of Trustee Dearborn seconded by Trustee McNultj <br />same be received and filed.
