<br />Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and circulated in said Town cf
<br />Redwood City and hereby designated for that purpose by_the Board of Trustees of said Town.

<br />Blue print 1226-R, also to set two poles on Manzanita St, as per Blue print No 1225-R,

<br />was on motion of Trustee Thorning, seconded by Trustee Dearborn said permits be granter..

<br />On motion of Trustee Thorning, seconded by Trustee Dearborn the insurance polic;a
<br />on the Seagrave Fire Engine be renewed. Motion carried.

<br />the Bank of Italy in regards to removing the palms on Broadway same be denied,

<br />A letter of thanks from the Gen Geo S. Evans Relief Corps No 36, acknowledging
<br />the donation of $40.00 for music for Memorial day excerise, was on motion of Trustee
<br />Dearborn, seconded by Trustee McNulty, same be received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee'XdNiilt�7�yseconded by Trustee Dearborn, all certified checks
<br />be returned to the unsuccessful bidders, (Resolution of Award No, I-5), Motion carried,
<br />On motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Thorning, the City Attorney
<br />be instructed to draw up an Ordinance regularing the wrecking of automobiles,Motion ca-"ried.
<br />Affidavit of Jas D. Hedge in the matter of Publishing notice inviting sealed bids
<br />for the Constructing and maintaining of anr'asphaltic concrete pavement upon portion of
<br />Warren Street and others, was on motion of Trustee Dearborn seconded by Trustee McNultj
<br />same be received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />The following bid was received for improving the streetsaround Mezes Plaza, and
<br />was publicly opened, examined and declared, to -wit:
<br />NAME OF BIDDER, Peninsula Paving Company.
<br />ITEM 1. - For grading and eonstruo:ring and maintaining for a period of two (2) years
<br />from completion thereof a four (4) inch asphaltic concrete pavement upon a
<br />three (3) inch cushion of rock or broken stone, the sum of Twenty Two
<br />(0 0.22) Cents per square foot, TOTAL AMOUNT OF BID IS $ 5.122:26.
