<br />Town and show cause why said proposed work and improvement should not be carried,out and
<br />done in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No.I-9, or why said proposed work F.nd.

<br />Board of Trustees and no objections of any kind were made against the work and improvements
<br />described in -said Resolution of Intention No. I-9., or against the district to be assessed
<br />therefor, or against the grades at which the proposed work and improvements are to be done
<br />and made, and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to proceed and orc,er
<br />said work and improvements;
<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience require.the
<br />work and improvements herein described, and the Board of Trustees of ,the Town of RedwooL
<br />City hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said

<br />and specification posted or on file in•the-Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper of ge-
