<br />Intention No. I-9, was on motion of Trustee Dearborn, seconded by Trustee Stafford said
<br />affidavits be received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />Trustee Dearborn offers the following Resolution and moves, its adoption, Truste
<br />Stafford seconds the motion. Motion carried.
<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK N0. I-9.
<br />, that whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did,
<br />on the 21st day of June, 1926, pass its Resolution of Intention No, -I-9 to order the
<br />hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood
<br />City, which Resolution ofvIntention No. I-9 was duly and regularly published as requird
<br />by law, as appears from the affidavit of Sam H. Winklebleck, now on filed in the off ic
<br />pf the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />WHEREAS, noticesof the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.I-9 headed
<br />"NOTICE OF I11PROVEMENT" were duly and regularly posted along the line of said contem-
<br />plated work and improvements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed
<br />therefor and upon all streets in the district to be assessed therefor in time, form,
<br />manner and number as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt,
<br />Superintendent of Streets of said Town of Redwood City, now on file in the office of
<br />the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt;-hereinbefore referred tc _,).
<br />herein, that the postong of_said notices as aforesaid was completed on the 3rd day of
<br />July, 1926; and
<br />WHEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention No. I-9 and the notices of.the
<br />passage thereof posted as aforesaid, said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood Cite
<br />fixed Monday, the 19th day of July, 1926, at the hour of 8 o'clock P.M. of said day, of
<br />the meeting place of said Board of Trustees, in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall"orl

<br />as the day, hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to
