VMMMS, the assessmept for street work done under the�.certain;contract.dated ; the 7th day of. November, 1928, between U. B. Lee,, party of the first part,. and C. L. Dimmitt, as Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City, party of the second part, for the doing all street work mention and described in Resolution of Intention No. K-9, passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City on the 4th day of September, 1928, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town, to which Resolution of Intention reference is hereby made for a description of said work, was filed in the office of the Clerk of said Town, of Redwaod:.City'`6nuthe 18tly-day':6f.iDecember. 1928; and ,WHEREAS, said Town Clerk did thereupon fix Monday, the 7th day of January 1929, at the hour of 7.30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the meeting place of the Council of the Town of Redwood City, in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall on Webster Street in said Town, as the time and place of hearing on said assessment, as re- gtaired by law, and as the time and place for making written objections thereto, as provided for in the Improvement Aet of 1911; and WHEREAS, notice of the filing of said assessment and of the time fixed for hearing thereon was duly given by posjring, publishing, and mailing, as required by law, as appears from affidavits of V7.A.Price and Sam H. Winklebleck, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, at the time and place last herein mentioned, no objection of any kind were made against said assessment; and VIHEREAS, said Council of the Town of Redwood City has now acquired jurisdi- ction thereon: BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, that assessment above mention for street work done under Resolution of Intention No. K-9, hereinbefore referred to herein, be and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the Superintendent of Streets i I I
