November, 1928, between U. B. Lee,, party of the first part,. and C. L. <br />Dimmitt, as Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City, party of the <br />second part, for the doing all street work mention and described in Resolution of <br />Intention No. K-9, passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City on <br />the 4th day of September, 1928, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said <br />Town, to which Resolution of Intention reference is hereby made for a description of <br />said work, was filed in the office of the Clerk of said Town, of Redwaod:.City'`6nuthe <br />18tly-day':6f.iDecember. 1928; and <br />,WHEREAS, said Town Clerk did thereupon fix Monday, the 7th day of January <br />1929, at the hour of 7.30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the meeting place of the <br />Council of the Town of Redwood City, in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall on Webster <br />Street in said Town, as the time and place of hearing on said assessment, as re- <br />gtaired by law, and as the time and place for making written objections thereto, <br />as provided for in the Improvement Aet of 1911; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the filing of said assessment and of the time fixed for <br />hearing thereon was duly given by posjring, publishing, and mailing, as required by <br />law, as appears from affidavits of V7.A.Price and Sam H. Winklebleck, now on file <br />in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, at the time and place last herein mentioned, no objection of any <br />kind were made against said assessment; and <br />VIHEREAS, said Council of the Town of Redwood City has now acquired jurisdi- <br />ction thereon: <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County <br />of San Mateo, State of California, that assessment above mention for street work <br />done under Resolution of Intention No. K-9, hereinbefore referred to herein, be <br />and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the Superintendent of Streets <br />i <br />I I <br />
