<br />RESOLVED, THAT WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Redwood City did, on the 18th day
<br />of February, 19299 pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. L-3 to order hgre.i,nafter
<br />described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City; and
<br />WHEREAS, notice -of the passage of said Resolutipn of Intention No.L-j,-headed.r the
<br />.".NOTIC.E.:OFrIMPROVENiENT", we're duly and regularly posted 'along the line of said contemplated
<br />work and improvements and in front of all property liable to be assessed therefor, in time,
<br />form, manner and number as required by law, as appears from the affidavits of C A.Dimmitt,
<br />Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City, and H.L.Winter, and now on file in the
<br />office of the Clerk of said 'Town; and
<br />WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavits of said C.L.Dimmitt and H.L.Winter, here-
<br />inbefore referred to herein. that the posting'of said notices of improvement as aforesaid
<br />was completed on the 5th day of March, 1929; and
<br />WHEREAS, in and by -said Resolution of Intention No.L-3 and the notices of the pass-
<br />age thereof posted as aforesaid, said Council of the Town of Redwood City fixed Monday, the W
<br />18th day of liIarch,'1929, at the hour of 7.30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the meeting place L
<br />of said Council, in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall on Webster Street in said Town of
