<br />WHEREAS, at the day, hour and place aforesaid when and where any and all persons
<br />having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution
<br />of Intention No.L-3, or having any objections to the district to be assessed therefor, or
<br />having any objections to the'proposed grades at which said work and improvements are to
<br />be done and made, could appear before the Council of said Town of Redwood City and show
<br />cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance with
<br />Resolution of Intention No.1-3, or why said proposed grades as shown on the plans,profiles,
<br />detailed drawings and specifications referred to in said Resolution of intention No -t'.3
<br />and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City, certain persons
<br />appeared and made written objections to said work and improvements described in said
<br />Resolution of Intention No.L-3, and to the extent of the district to be assessed therefor:

<br />did overrule the same, and has now acquired juris diction to order said work and improve-
