El The Clerk of the .'Town of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to post notice of said work and improvements, together with the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications therefor, conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of the Council of said Town of Redwood City inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and making the improvements ordered herein. Said Town Clerk is also ordered and directed to publish a notice inviting such sealed proposals or bids and referrn.ing to the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications posted or on file for the period required by law in the Rewood City Tribune, a daily newspaper of general circulation publi- shed,printed and circulated in the Town of Redwood City, and hereby designated for that purpose by the Council of said Town.
