IMREAS, the assessment for street work done under that certain contract dated 97
<br />the 30th day of January, 1929, between J,11,Xnapp, party of the first part, and C,L#Dimmitt
<br />as Superintendent of Streets of the mown of Redwood City, party of the second part, for the
<br />doing of all street work mention and described in Resolutionoof Intention No. 5-121 passed
<br />and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City on the 26th day of November, 1928,
<br />and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town, to which resolution of Intention
<br />reference is hereby made for a description of said work, was file in the office of the Clerk
<br />of said Town of Redwood City on the 17th day of May,1929; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Town Clerk did thereupon fix Monday, the 3rd day of June, 1929, at
<br />the hour of 8.00 o'clock Pa -1. of said day, at the meeting place of the douncil of the Town
<br />of Redwood City, in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall on Webster Street in said Town.
<br />as the time and place on hearing on said assessment, as required by law, and as the time
<br />and place for written objections thereto as provided for in the Improvement Act of 1911;and
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the filing of said assessment and of the time fixed for hearing
<br />thereon was duly given by posting, publishing and mailing, as required by law, as appears
<br />from the affidavits of W.A.Price and Sam H. Winklebleck, now on file in the of the Clerk bf
<br />said Town of Redwood City; and
<br />+ WHEREAS, at the time and place last herein mentioned, no objections of any kind
<br />were madeagaint said assessment; and

<br />WHEREAS, said Council of the Town of Redwood City has now aq i e Jurisdiction
<br />t
<br />thereon:
<br />THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Cauncil of the Town of Redwood City, County of
<br />San Mateo, State of California, that the assessment above mentioned for street work done
<br />under Resolution of Intention 11o. K-12 hereinbefore referred to herein be and the sane
<br />„i is hereby approved and adopted, and the Superintendent of Street of said Town of Redwood

<br />} City is hereby directed to attach a warrant thereto and deliver same to the contractor

<br />as required by law.
