<br />Bonds of 1929, in the amount of Pifty-five thousand (055,000.00) Dollars, voted at a special
<br />election duly and regularly called and held in said '."own on the 9th day of April, 1929, be
<br />sold at private sale on the 17th day of June, 1929, at the hour of 8 O clock P.M. of said
<br />day; and
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of this Board be and he is directed to notify
<br />the persons, firms, companies or corpations who usually bid upon our municipal bonds of this
<br />time and place of said sale.
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of said Town be and he is hereby inst-
<br />ructed and directed to notify the State Board of Control and the State Treasurer of the
<br />State of California at Sacrament of the issuance and sale of said bonds in the manner
<br />required by the provisions of Section 678 of the Political Code of the State of California.

<br />RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State

<br />of California, that the diagram of the assessment district under Resolution of Intention
<br />No. L-3, passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City on the 18th day
<br />of February, 1929, as said diagram has been prepared by C.L.Dimmitt,Street Superintendent'

<br />of said Town of Redwood City, and submitted this 3rd day of June, 1929, be and the same
<br />is hereby adopted as the diagram of the assessment district for the work described in
<br />said Resolution of Intention No. L-3, which Resolution of Intention No. L-3 is now on
<br />file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City, and to which reference is
<br />hereby made for a description of the work referred to.
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Redwood City,County
<br />of San Mateo, State of California that the Redwood City, a daily newspaper published,
<br />printed and circulated in said Town of Redwood City, be and the same, _is hereby design6te� ;
