<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DIAGRAM OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT UNDER
<br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.K-8, AND DESIGNATING NEWSPAPER
<br />RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State
<br />of California, that the diagram of the assessment district under Resolution of Intention
<br />No. K-8, passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City on the 4th day of
<br />September, 1928, as -said diagram has been prepared by C.L.Dimmitt, Street Superintendent
<br />of said Town of Redwood City, and submitted this 3rd day of June, 1929, be and the same
<br />is hereby adopted as the diagram of the assessment district for the work described in said
<br />Resolution of Intention No. k.-8 „ which Resolution of Intention•No. k.-8 is now on file in
<br />the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City, and to which reference is hereby made
<br />for a description of the work herein referred to.
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City, County of San Mateo,
<br />State of California, that the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed-
<br />and
<br />rintedand circulated in said Town of Redwood City, be and the same is hereby designated as the
<br />newspaper in which to publish the "Notice of Filing Street Assessment and the time fixed
<br />for Hearing Thereon" and the "Notice of Filing Unpaid Assessment List and of Time Fixed
<br />for Hearing Thereon" for the workdone under Resolution of Intention No.K.-8 of said Coun-
<br />cil hereinbefore referred to herein.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meet-
<br />ing thereof on the 3rd day of June, 1929 by the following vote:
