<br />California, that the diagram of the assessment district under Resolution of Intention No, j

<br />X-10, passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City on the 15th day of
<br />October, 1928, as said diagram had been prepared by C.L.Dimmitt,Street Superintendent of {

<br />said 'Town of Redwood City, and submitted this 3rd day of June, 1929, be and the same is
<br />hereby adopted as the diagram of the assessment district for the work described in said

<br />Resolution of Intention No. k-10, which Resolution ofIntention No, k.-10 is now on file
<br />in the office of the Clerk of the Toti^m of Redwood City, and to which reference is hereby :-.Oe
<br />made for a discription of the work herein referred to.
<br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Redwood City,County of
<br />San Mateo, State of California, that the Redwood. City Tribune. a daily newspaper published
<br />printed and circulated in said Town of Redwood City, be and same is hereby designated as
<br />i
<br />the newspaper in which to publish the "Notice of Filing Street Assessment and of the time 'i
<br />Fixed for Hearing Thereon" and the "Notice of Filing Unpaid Assessment List and othe Time
<br />Fixed for Hearing Thereon" for the work done under said Resolution of Intention No. K-10
<br />of said Council herein above referred to herein.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting
<br />thereof held on the 3rd day of June, 1929, by the following vote:

<br />L.-2, passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City on the 4th day of
<br />February, 1929, as said diagram has been prepared by C.L.Dimmitt, Street Superintendent
<br />of said Town of Redwood City, and submitted this 3rd day of June, 1929, be and the same
<br />is hereby adopted as the diagram of the assessments district for the work described in said
<br />Resolution of Intention No. L-2, which Resolution of Intention No. L-2 is now on file in
