AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of the 'Town of Redwood City, County 101, of San Mateo, State of California, that the Redwood City 'Tribune, a daily newspaper publis- hed, printed and circulated in said Town of Redwood City, be and the same is Yiereby desig- nated as the newspaper in which to publish the "Notice of Filing Street Assessment and of Time Fixed for Hearing Thereon" and the notice of Filing Unpaid Assessment List and of Time Fixed for Hearing Thereon" for the work done under said Resolution of Intention No. L-2 of said Councilhereinabove referred to herein. Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of June, 19290 by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen.
