AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of the 'Town of Redwood City, County 101, <br />of San Mateo, State of California, that the Redwood City 'Tribune, a daily newspaper publis- <br />hed, printed and circulated in said Town of Redwood City, be and the same is Yiereby desig- <br />nated as the newspaper in which to publish the "Notice of Filing Street Assessment and of <br />Time Fixed for Hearing Thereon" and the notice of Filing Unpaid Assessment List and of Time <br />Fixed for Hearing Thereon" for the work done under said Resolution of Intention No. L-2 of <br />said Councilhereinabove referred to herein. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting <br />thereof held on the 3rd day of June, 19290 by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen. <br />D.R.STAFFORD, G.W.McNULTY, E.M.DEARBORN, H.A.BEEGER. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen. <br />s NONE, <br />t <br />Absent, Councilmen, Z.T.THORNING „ <br />A <br />I <br />Attest: <br />H. Motion carried. <br />The Finance Committee-FareopaaaddOonI_arid O.Ked by the Finance Committee, was on motion <br />of Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Stafford said claim be allowed, and warrants <br />be drawn on the respectful funds for the payment of said claims.
