Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION No. g-8 <br />AN ORDER PROVIDING 5OR THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />BONDS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATIONS OF SUCH BONDS <br />AND OF 'ME INTEREST COUPONS ATTACHED THERETO <br />WHEREAS; the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of Calif- <br />ornia, did, on the 4th day of September, 1928, pass its Resolution of Intentioh No. K-8 for <br />the improvement of portions of Adams Street, Hudson Street, McKinley Street, and Laguna Ave- <br />nue in said City of Reftood City, under and pursuant to the provisi=ons of the "Improvement <br />Ao:t'of 1911" and the amendments thereto, and to the "Improverqent Bond Act of 1915" and the <br />amendments thereto, and to the resolutions, notices and other proceedings of said Council <br />duly adopted and taken, reference to said Resolution of Intention No. K-8 being hereby express- <br />4 <br />' ly made for a description of said work and for further particulars; and <br />WHEREAS, the contract for said work and improvements was duly awarded and thereafter <br />duly completed to the satisfaction of the Street Superintendent and of said Council of said <br />City of Redwood City, whereupon an assessment and warrant were made, recorded and delivered <br />to the contractor in time, form and manner as required by said acts, and the contractor having <br />is made due return thereon, and the same having been duly recorded; and <br />WHEREAS, on the 9th day of August, 19299 the Street Superintendent of the City of Redwood <br />City made and filed with the City Clerk of said City a complete list of all assessments unpaid <br />8 thereunder upon the respective assessment numbers thereon, whereupon said City Clerk gave not— <br />!�l, <br />t ice of filing of said list and fixed in said notice Monday, the 19th day of August, 1929, at <br />a ; <br />the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.
