AN ORDER PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS BONDS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATIONS OF SUCK BONDS AND OF :HE INTEREST COUPONS ATTACHED THERETO. WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, j did, on the 18th day of February, 1929, pass and adopt its Resolution of Intention 'No. 1-3 for the improvements of a portion of Lexington Avenue in said City of Redwood City, under pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911 and amendments thereto, and under the provis- ions of the Improvement Bond Act -of 1915, and amendments thereto, :and to the resolutions, not. ices and Ether proceedings of said Council duly adopted and taken, reference to said Resolution of Intention No. L-3 being hereby expressly made for a description of said work and for further particulars; and f . WHEREAS, the contract for said work and improvements was duly awarded and thereafter duly completed to the satisfaction of the Street Superintendent and Council of said City of Redwood City whereupon an assessment and warrant were made, recorded and delivered to the contractor in time, form and manner as required by said Acts, and the contractor having made due return thereon, and the same having been duly recoreded; and j WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of August, 1929 the Street Superintendent of the City of Redwood City made and filed with the City Clerk of said City a complete list of assessmeats'unpaid thereunder upon the respective assessments numbe_s thereon, whereupon said City Clerk gave not- ice of the filing of said unpaid list and fixed in said notice Tuesday the 3rd day of September, )ney 1291 at the hour of 8o'clock P.
