<br />Firestone Tire Co, was awarded the contract for cutting down wheels and furnishing tires
<br />for the Scheer fire truck, and was on motion of Councilman Dearborn seconded by Councilman
<br />Thorning in the amount of 0523.37. Motion carried.
<br />The matter of widening Broadway was taken uj) 9ity Engineer Dimmitt submitted Plans and
<br />Specifications.
<br />Mr Fred Drake appeared before the Council in the matter of exteniting the Alameda de las
<br />Pulgas through Redwood City, Mayor Beeger appointed Councilman Thorning, Stafford and Mr Fred
<br />a committee to interview several of the large property owners.
<br />Affidavit of 'J.A.Price, City Clerk in the mattgr of posting notice of filling Street Asses-
<br />sment and of the time fixed for hearing thereon of Resolution of Intention No. K-7, was on mtion
<br />of Councilman Dearborn, seconded by Councilman McNulty said affidavit be received and filed.
