<br />BY ORDINANCES No 251 AND -No. ;
<br />284 OF SAID TOWN OF REDWOOD
<br />CITY.
<br />The Council of the Town of Redwood .
<br />City does ordain as follows, to-wit:
<br />Section 1. The following described
<br />property, to-wit: Beginning at 'a point
<br />on the southerly line of Perry Street
<br />as shown on the map hereinafter de-
<br />scribed distant thereon 196.26 feet
<br />northwesterly from the most easterly
<br />corner of Lot'-"A" as shown on the map
<br />hereinafter described; thence North 52 "
<br />degrees 21' West along said line of
<br />Perry Street 75 feet; thence at right
<br />angles South 37 degrees 39' West to a
<br />point on the North line of a 20 foot
<br />alley; thence South 43 degrees East and
<br />South 68 degrees 32' 301' East along
<br />said line of said alley to a point on a
<br />line measured at right angles to Perry
<br />Street at the point of beginning; thence
<br />North 37 degrees 39' East to the pont
<br />of beginning; being a portion of Lot
<br />"A" as shown on the trap of Perrr
<br />Subdivision, Redwood City, which map
<br />was filed in the office of the Recorder
<br />of the County of San Mateo, State of
<br />r
<br />California, August 5th, 1924, In Volume
<br />11 of Maps at pages 67 and 68, Is here-
<br />by changed from the business district,
<br />as provided by Ordinance No. 251 of
<br />the Town of dtedwood City, and placed
<br />In the light Industrial district, as pro-
<br />vided by Ordinance No. 284 -of the
<br />Town of Redwood City,
<br />Section 2 The City Engineer of the
<br />Town of Redwood City Is hereby or-
<br />dered and directed to change the Use of
<br />Property Zone Map In conformity with
<br />this Ordinance.
<br />Section 2. Ordinance No. 261 and Or-
<br />dinance No. 284 herein referred to have
<br />heretofore been regularly Introduced
<br />and adopted by the Council of the Town
<br />of Redwood City and are now on flle
<br />In the office of the Clerk of said Town
<br />and are hereby referred to and made
<br />a part of this ordinance by reference.
<br />The Use of Property Zone Map herein
<br />referred to is of record In the Olerk's
<br />office of the Town of Redwood City and
<br />is hereby referred to and made a part
<br />of this Ordinance Eby reference
<br />The Council of the Town of Redwood
<br />City does hereby fix Monday, the 28th
<br />day of January, 1929, at the hour of
<br />7:30 o'clock P. 31- of said day, at the
<br />Council Chamber In the Town Hall on
<br />'Webster Street In said Town of Red-
<br />wood City, County of San Mateo, State
<br />of California, as the time and place of
<br />the meeting of the Council of said
<br />Town for the final passage of this Or-
<br />dinance, at which time any and all
<br />persons having any objections to the
<br />provisions of this Ordinance may ap-
<br />pear before said Council for the pur-
<br />pose of stating their objections before
<br />the final passage thereof.
<br />Section 4. This Ordinance shall be
<br />published once In the Redwood City
<br />Standard, a weekly newspaper publish-
<br />ed, printed and circulated In the Town
<br />�)
<br />of Redwood City, and shall take effect
<br />and be in force from and :lifter Its pass-
<br />age.
<br />Section 5, The above and foregoing
<br />Ordinance was duly introduced on .the
<br />list day of January, 1929, and after a
