<br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN OR-
<br />DINANCE OF THE TOWN OF RED-
<br />"ORDIWOOD CITY ENTITLED
<br />N—ANCE No, 288, AN ORDINANCE:
<br />PLACING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN
<br />THE TOWN OF REDWOOD CITY IN
<br />THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, AS
<br />PROVIDED BY ORDINANCES No, 251
<br />AND 284 OF SAID TOWN OF RED-
<br />WOOD CITY". PASSED AND ADOPT-
<br />ED ON THE 311D DAY OF DECEM-
<br />DER, 1923.
<br />The Council of the Town of Redwood
<br />City does ordain as follows. to -wit:
<br />Section 1. An Ordinance of the Town
<br />_ of Redwood City entitled "Ordinance
<br />� No. 288, An Ordinance Placing Certain
<br />i�' Property In the Town of Redwood City
<br />In the Light Industrial Zone, as Pro-
<br />vided by Ordinances No. 251 and No 284
<br />of said Town of Redwood City", pa:%sed
<br />and adopted by the Council of said
<br />Town on the 3rd day of December, 1928,
<br />Is hereby repealed.
<br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be
<br />Published once dohe Redwood Cityi
<br />Standard and shall take effect and be
<br />In force from and after thirty days af-
<br />ter Its Passage.
<br />Introduced this .21st day of January,'
<br />1929.
<br />Passed and adopted as an ordinance
<br />of .the TGwn. of Redwood City by the
<br />Council of said Town at a regular ad-
<br />journed meeting thereof held on the
<br />28th clay of January, 1929, by the fol-
<br />lowing vote:
