<br />Redwood City, whereupon an assessment and warrant were made, recorded and delivered to the i.

<br />WHERAS, on the 17th day of January, 1929, the Street Superintendett of the Town of Redwood
<br />City made and filed with the Town Clerk of said Town a complete list of all assessments unpaid s
<br />thereunder upon the respective assessment thereon, whereupon said Town Clerk gave notice of t
<br />the filing of said list and fixed in said notice Monday, the 28th day of January, 1929, at
