42 Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of,Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 16th day of September, 1929, by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen: D. R, Stafford, G. W. McNulty, W. J. Dusel, C. J. Hildebrand, P. A. McCarthy, H. A. Beeger. Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Councilmen; None , Absent, Councilmen: Z. Beeper Mayor of the City of Redwood City Moved by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman HeNulty, a committee consisting of the City Manager, City Attorney and three members of the Council to meeting with the com- mittee of the Chamber of Commerce in regards to the new business Ordinance. Motion carried. Mayor Beeger appointed the following Councilmen on said committee, Stafford, McCarthy, and Hildebrand. Moved by Councilman Hildebrand, seconded by Councilman Stafford, a committee be appoint- ed to represent the City of Redwood City in the County wide water system. Motion carried.. K. by the Finance Committee be allowed and warrants. be drawn on respectful funds for pay- ment of same.
