0 <br />i <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE <br />REDWOOD CITY COUNCIL HELD <br />MARCH 3, 1930 <br />7:30 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />Regular meeting of the City Council held. <br />l® <br />Upon roll call there were present: Councilmen - Mayor H. A. Beeger, <br />Z. T. Thorning, D. R. Stafford, W. J. Dusel, G. W. McNulty, C. J. Hildebrant, <br />P. A. McCarthy. City Clerk W. A. Price. <br />On motion of Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, the <br />minutes of the last meeting be approved as corrected. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Hildebrant moves that the application of C. A. Coryell for <br />Electric License be"approved and license granted. Seconded by <br />Councilman Stafford. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Stafford offers Ordinance N0.309 (ELECTRIC SIGN ORDINANCE) <br />and moves its adoption. Councilman Hildebrant seconds the motion. Motion <br />carried. (See Ordinance Book No.3, Page /;L1)- <br />"AN <br />a1).°AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE INS^lALLATION$ <br />ERECTION, MOVING, ALTERING, REPLACING, REPAIRING, <br />OR SUSPENSION OF SIGNS; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE <br />OF PERMITS THEREFOR; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE <br />VIOLATION THEREOF; AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.276 <br />AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES <br />IN CONFLICT WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE." <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing ordinance: <br />Councilmen: Z.T.Thorning, D.R.Stafford, W.J.Dusel, G.W.McNult-r, <br />C.J.Hildebrant, P.A.Mcdarthy, H.A.Beeger. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing ordinance: <br />Councilmen: NONE. <br />Absent: Councilmen: NONE <br />H. -A. Motion carried. <br />Councilman McNulty offers Resolution of Intention M-1 and moves its <br />' adoption. Seconded by Councilman Hildebrant.
