BEEGER <br />Mayor of the city of Redwood City F <br />Moved by Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Dusel, the license <br />agreement, covering electrical equipment and electroliers for proposed <br />lighting system on portion of Broadway, Minnie Street, George Street, <br />and Perry Street submitted by. -Street Lighting Equipment Company, same <br />be received and filed. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Thorning.offers the following Ordinance <br />(NOTICE OF ELECTION) <br />(See Ordinance Book No.$, page _____), and moves its adoption. Seconded <br />by Councilman Stafford. Motion carried. <br />"NOTICE IS BEREBY GIVEN THAT A GENERAL MUNICIPAL <br />ELECTION AS PROVIDED BY THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY WILL BE HELD IN SAID CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ON MONDAY, <br />THE 14TH DAY OF APRIL, 1930.11 <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Ordinance, <br />Councilmen: Z.T.Thornine;, D.R.Stafford, W.J.Dusel. G.W.McNulty, <br />C.J.Hildebrant, r.A.McUarthy, R.A.Beeger. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing ordinance: <br />Councilmen: NONE <br />Absent: Councilmenn, NONE <br />Attest: <br />H. PRICE <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br />Moved by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Hi ldebrant the City <br />Manager be instructed to write Congressman Free and express the appreciation <br />of the Council for his efforts in improving the entry to Redwood Harbor. <br />Motion carried. <br />Moved by Councilman McNulty, seconded by Councilman Thorning, the claims <br />passed upon and O'Ked by the Finance Committee be allowed and warrants <br />_ drawn on the respective funds for payment of same. Motion carried. <br />Moved by Councilman Thorning, seconded by Councilman McNulty, reports <br />presented by the City Manager be received and filed.
