Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redw000d <br />City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of <br />March, 1930, by the following vote: <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that serial bonds to represent <br />J <br />unpaid assessments and bear interest at the rate of seven <br />f' <br />(7) percent per armum will be issued hereunder in the <br />' manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 of the <br />c <br />State of California, as amended, the last installment <br />of which bonds shall mature and be payable nine (9) years <br />! <br />from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months <br />from their date. Except as herein_ provided for the <br />i <br />issuance of serial bonds the work and improvements herein <br />J <br />described shall be done and made pursuant to the provisions - <br />of the 'Improvement Act of'191111 of the State of California, <br />t <br />6 <br />as amended and now in effect. <br />AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 7th day of <br />April, 1930, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day,, <br />t <br />at the Council Chamber of the Council of the City of Redwood <br />i <br />City in the City Hall on Webster Street in said City of <br />j <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, has <br />been and is hereby fixed as the'day, hour and place when and <br />where any and all persons having any objections,to the <br />Proposed work and improvements described herein,,or to the <br />modified and changed grades at which said work and improvements <br />are to be done and made, or to the district to be assessed <br />for said work and improvements, may appear before said Councl 1 <br />of the City of Redwood City and shay cause why said proposed <br />work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance <br />r <br />with said Resolution of Intention No. M-29 or why said work <br />and improvements should not be carried out and done at the <br />modified, changed and established grades as shown on the <br />plans, profiles, and detailed drawings referred to herein. <br />i <br />i <br />The Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, <br />� <br />printed and'circulated in said City of Redwood City, is <br />hereby designated as the newspaper in which to publish this <br />Resolution of Intention as required by law, and the Clerk <br />of the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed <br />to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published in <br />said newspaper twice as required by law. <br />The Street Superintendent of the City of Redwood City <br />shall cause notices of the passage of this Resolution of <br />Intention to be posted in time, form, manner and number as <br />j, <br />required by law. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redw000d <br />approved by the Finance committee be allowed and warrants drawn on <br />the respective funds for payment of same. Motion carried. <br />r, <br />Moved by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Councilman Hildebrant, the <br />4 City Manager be instructed to advise the attorneys of the Pickwick <br />Stages and the Southern Pacific Motor Transit Company to rescind <br />,r <br />their order to not stop busses in Redwood City.
