<br />.Council of the City of Redwood
<br />City, that the hereunto annexed deed dated the 19th
<br />day of March, 1930, and made between the SOUTHERN
<br />' PACIFICiT'AMOOAD COMPANY, a corporation, or SOUTHERN
<br />PACIFIC COMPANY,, a corporation, the party of the first
<br />$; part and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation,
<br />the party of the second part, be and the same is hereby
<br />accepted by the City of Redwood City and the Clerk of
<br />` said City is hereby ordered and directed to have said
<br />deed recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
<br />the County of San Mateo, State of California.
<br />I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
<br />duly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of
<br />Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the
<br />7th day of April, 1930, by the following vote:

<br />the same is hereby accepted by the City of Redwood City and
<br />the Clerk of said City is hereby ordered and directed to have
<br />said deed recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
